What if a product made by one of the listed manufacturers is not on the website?

Please contact us with the product name and size you are looking for. We will verify that we can get it and will have it added to the website usually within 48 hours of your request.

What is my shipping rate?

We ship by Canada Post using rates based on the weight of your order. You will be told the total cost for shipping when you start the checkout process, before you are asked for your credit card number. You will have an opportunity to stop your order if you believe the shipping costs are unreasonable.

In the rare occasion that Canada Post is unable to provide a shipping rate so that you may complete your order, please contact us for assistance.

Do you ship outside of Canada and the United States?

No, at this time we can only ship our products to Canada or the United States.

What is the total cost of my order in US dollars?

Your credit card provider will calculate the exchange rate on your order at the time it is posted to your credit card account. Most credit card companies will charge a service fee for the exchange. Contact your credit card company for complete details.

What happens if my product is backordered?

You will be informed if there will be any delay in your shipment. You may cancel any backordered items in your order until it is shipped.

Can I cancel my order?

If we have not processed and shipped your order, you may cancel it. We will advise you as your order is being processed. Orders placed by 3pm are typically filled on the same day pending stock availability.

Can I return my order?

All returns required prior authorization. We are unable to accept returns for any reason on product that has been opened or partially consumed.

Can we pick up our order at your warehouse in Oakville?

We prefer that you place your order online. Our prices for both the product and shipping are competitive, and we ship the products directly from our warehouse.

Do you ship refrigerated products?

No, we do not sell refrigerated products.

Can you recommend products for certain conditions?

We are unable to recommend specific products for customers without a full understanding of their medical history. A Naturopathic doctor or other health care professional should be consulted to determine the best course of therapy.
