Description
Recommended Use: Black Cohosh is used in herbal medicine to help ease nervous tension and to help relieve symptoms associated with menopause.
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Cellulose, stearic acid (veg), sodium starch glycolate, silicon dioxide, and coating (hypromellose, hydroxypropylcellulose, and medium-chain triglycerides).
Recommended Dose: Adults take 1 tablet twice daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Caution: Do not use if pregnant. If breastfeeding, have a liver disorder or develop symptoms of liver trouble, consult a healthcare practitioner before use. Consumption with alcohol, other drugs or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness.
