What if a product made by one of the listed manufacturers is not on the website?
Please contact us with the product name and size you are looking for. We will verify that we can get it and will have it added to the website usually within 48 hours of your request.
What is my shipping rate?
We ship by Canada Post using competitive rates . You will be told the total cost for shipping when you start the checkout process, before you are asked for your credit card number. We offer Free Shipping on orders over $50 before tax ( some exceptions apply)
In the rare occasion that Canada Post is unable to provide a shipping rate so that you may complete your order, please contact us for assistance.
Do you ship outside of Canada and the United States?
No, at this time we can only ship our products to Canada
What happens if my product is backordered?
You will be informed if there will be any delay in your shipment. You may cancel any backordered items in your order until it is shipped.
Can I cancel my order?
If we have not processed and shipped your order, you may cancel it. We will advise you as your order is being processed. Processing time is 1-2 business days
Can I return my order?
Returns are easy as send us an email: info@naturopathicproducts.ca with the order number and reason for return and one of our amazing customer service agents will be happy to assist you through the whole process.
We accept returns up to 30 days from date of order
We are unable to accept returns for any reason on product that has been opened or partially consumed.
Can we pick up our order at your warehouse in Oakville?

Do you ship refrigerated products?
YES, taking manufacturer recommendation
Can you recommend products for certain conditions?
We are unable to recommend specific products for customers without a full understanding of their medical history. A Naturopathic doctor or other health care professional should be consulted to determine the best course of therapy.
Will you accept an alternate form of payment?
We accept payment by VISA , Mastercard and American Express
